The Enigin Knowledge Base: It’s getting close now!
I’ve been spending this week working on our new knowledge base which will be launching in January 2010. The knowledge base will be a self-service system to allow our Distributors to find answers to common questions about our products and other useful information about how to promote and build your business.
We built the Enigin Knowledge Base on top of our Content Management System, Igloo. This gave us the flexibility to structure the new site to our requirements in a relatively short timeframe. In addition, it allows our team to manage new articles and content themselves.
This week our Business Development Team will be adding content to the ‘base including some tasty new screencast tutorials recorded by Calvin and myself. Video over the Internet is the perfect medium for learning and we are hoping that these new screencasts will be extremely useful for our Enigin Distributors.
