Enigin 2012 Update

Welcome to 2012 everybody!

It has been a while since i’ve had the time to write on this blog, so I thought i’d update you on the latest happenings from Enigin.

2011 was a great year for Enigin. Early in the year we launched our new Eniscope Hub product which has been a bigger hit than we had imagined. Many very large global companies are now using Enigin energy-saving products to help reduce their electricity bills and to gain visibility over their carbon footprint. We have issued several remote software updates responding to our distributors’ suggestions and now have a great platform for moving forward with this ground-breaking product.

Over the next few months we will be building on this success and launching a number of new features which will make the product even better…

New Enigin E-Marketing System

We are currently running a trial of our new Enigin e-marketing system with a small number of our distributors.

The e-marketing applications allows our Enigin Partners and Distributors to send promotion emails in HTML to their customers, all via an easy-to-use interface.

More details to come when the software is finally launched. Hopefully next week!

New Enigin Eniscope software launching this month?

There’s a rumour around the Enigin office that a new version of Eniscope Real-time and Analytics is launching this month. I can’t say anymore but the development elves are working very hard on the next release. Faster displays and more powerful analytical software… Sounds like a winner to me! Find out more later this month

A Promotion for this Enigin Developer!

As of today I am now titled ‘Software Development Manager’. That’s a scary title and means that i’m now responsible for every piece of software which Enigin develop!

So, look forward to some awesome software from Enigin in the future!

Enigin Development Update

Here at Enigin, the development team are busy working on a number of projects. Occasionally, we also accept client projects from select companies and my main focus over the next few weeks is to completely redesign the Energy Saving Association website with a new members area. They have had such a great response to the current ESA offering but have some fantastic ideas for the new launch.

They are aiming to evolve the members area into a community of energy saving professionals who can interact with each other via profile pages and a Questions & Answers system. It also gives them the opportunity to create a Public Profile of their energy saving business on the ESA website.

Other projects at the moment include development updates to the Knowledge Base (Which Calvin is doing a sterling job of keeping up to date!), Enigin Distributor Websites and, as always, a couple of top secret projects which will be revealed in due course.

Enigin Knowledge Base Live!

You may have noticed that it’s been very quiet on Enigin Digital over the last week. Well, don’t despair! We have good reason!

Today Enigin launched The Knowledge Base! We’ve been working on it for the last few months and packed it full of vital information for our Enigin Distributors, including software downloads, manuals, videos, screencasts and articles. From now one, it’ll be the first port of call for Distributors needing help with Enigin products or services and it’s available 24 hours a day!

The Knowledge Base will continually evolve and develop based on feedback from our customers, everytime we receive a unique question via email then we’ll add the answer to the KB for the benefit of the community.
