New Enigin Eniscope software launching this month?

There’s a rumour around the Enigin office that a new version of Eniscope Real-time and Analytics is launching this month. I can’t say anymore but the development elves are working very hard on the next release. Faster displays and more powerful analytical software… Sounds like a winner to me! Find out more later this month :)

iPad pre-ordered today! woohoo!

The iPad has been available in the states for a good month or so, and as always Europe is left behind! But no more! Apple have finally allowed us to pre-order the iPad from today!

So this Enigin developer has signed up, paid the cash and now has a 3 week wait before the product is in my hands!

Apart from having all the fun of an iPhone but with a larger screen, there’s another use I have in mind.

Here at Enigin we are always on the edge of technology and as soon as the iPad was announced we spotted it’s massive potential as a hand-held device to view your energy usage. So, all those who have been asking about an iPhone app can be assured that we are on the case!

That’s it for now but i’m sure you’ll hear more about the iPad and Enigin in the very near future!

Meet the Enigin Team: Nikolai

Nikolai is the primary software developer on our flagship Eniscope product. He is responsible for turning our visions and expectations into real products, both our Eniscope Real-time and the soon-to-launch Eniscope Analytics. He is a developer with a vast range of experience (and an abnormal craving for bacon!) and enjoys nothing more than being left alone with his headphones on coding!

Nik is a great guy to have around and is always calm and relaxed, even when the stakes are high.

Meet the Enigin Team: Alan

Here’s the first in a series of Enigin staff introductions.. We have an awesome team here, i’m sure you agree!

Alan

Alan is our Graphic Designer at Enigin and sits with Nikolai and myself. I’ve known Alan since he moved down to Cornwall 5 years ago from London. He was seeking an improved environment close to the beach and settled in St Austell. I’ve worked with 20 different designers in the last 8 years or so and can safely say that Al is by far the best. We’ve been involved on a number of projects before Enigin and have always worked well together and have never forgotten to keep the humour alive! I believe that having a team which you feel relaxed around and can have a good laugh is vitally important. It increases job happiness and also helps to increase productivity.

So, when you’re next looking at an Enigin product brochure or visiting one of our websites then Al’s the man behind it. So please email all complaints directly to him ;)

A Promotion for this Enigin Developer!

As of today I am now titled ‘Software Development Manager’. That’s a scary title and means that i’m now responsible for every piece of software which Enigin develop!

So, look forward to some awesome software from Enigin in the future!
